What Is Included In The Price?
One-time, all-inclusive flat-fee contains dumpster placement, pick-up, & disposal for St. Augustine Dumpster Rental HQ. An additional delivery fee of $15.90 is tacked on to the dumpster’s base price There is no sales tax, and there are no hidden fees. For a period of seven days, you’re free to use the dumpster however you want. The seven-day rental fee is not discounted if you only need the dumpster for a few days, not seven.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Confirmed?
Immediately after placing your dumpster order, we will call you to confirm your order and collect your credit card information. Then we’ll send you an email with our rental agreement, which confirms your price, delivery time, our rules & regulations.
For Deliveries Outside The Metro Area, Is There An Additional Charge?
In addition to the standard $15.90 local delivery fee, additional delivery charges are always determined in advance but never charged without a pre-determined quotation prior to delivery. We will let you know about any additional delivery fees in the rental agreement that we send to you before your order is delivered.
How Far In Advance Should I Place My Order So That It Arrives On The Day I Need It?
Deliveries may be made on the same day! When making arrangements for delivery, please give us at least two to three days’ notice.
What Do I Need To Do In Order To Make A Purchase?
Decide on the size of dumpster you need, then use our simple order form to place your order. You can expect a phone call from us once we have received your order to confirm the delivery date and collect your credit card information. Upon completing the order process, we will email you our rental agreement, which details the price and terms of service for which you’ve paid. How Do I Pay For The Dumpster Rental Service I’ve Requested?
Over the phone, you’ll be asked to pay. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Before your delivery day, we’ll run a credit card on file to cover the cost of your order in full. We need not accept check payments. Cancellation of an order is always an option. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel before we put the dumpster in place, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Your credit card will be refunded.
Whether Or Not I’m Home When The Trash Bin Is Delivered & Picked Up, Do I Have To Be There?
No. In order to participate, you don’t have to be home. A location can be determined prior to delivery. Please let us know if you would prefer to meet our driver or give him/her instructions so over phone before the dumpster is set up. We will do everything we can to meet your delivery deadlines if possible. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and by appointment only on Saturdays, we deliver and pick up.
The Dumpster’s Capacity Is Limited; Can I Fill It To The Rim?
No! Due to DOT regulations, we are unable to transport dumpster it’s over the maximum weight limit. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload anything that exceeds the maximum height of the vehicle
It’s possible that I’ll need to use the St. Augustine Dumpster Rental HQ for an extended period of time.
You can extend your dumpster rental period with St. Augustine Dumpster Rental HQ. After the first seven days, there is a daily fee of $10.
